1st - use a gearbox - not that one readly exists for counter rotating but you could certainly use a simple 2 gear box to counter rotate the output drive. Some sterndrives do offer this as an option (though not a budget option)
2nd counterrotate the motor by reversing the ignition pickup, adjusting the timing, and locating a reverse direction pull starter (or use an electric starter). Really not as easy as just that. No kits on the market and no one doing conversions that I know of.
3rd option - install the motor in back to front - ultimately the easier option currently - kits available and converted motors available from Bonzisports, sonicracing, and MH$ (Z). this method takes the drive from the pull starter side of the motor and uses a pull starter on the output shaft side of the motor. You can see how the motor is setup in this picture ([link=http://photos.imageevent.com/justaddwata/lirace/huge/JAW%20Pic%20136.JPG]look at the red coil on the motor on the left vs the motor on the right[/link])
Keep in mind also that if you are using a clutch you should reverse the shoes on one of the two clutches - also you will definately need a counter rotating flex cable (regular cable wont last 10 feet!!)
