Default THS racing drive shaft question?

Hi,

I have a t-maxx pro .15 and i have the THS racing center drive shafts and one side is a metal drive cup and the other has a rubber boot over it. What side goes of the tranny because i have the rubber part off the tranny i think it should go the other way? The metal drive cups are wearing out fast please help!

So would that be why it is wearing out the metal drive cups so fast?

The drive cups mount to the transmission and the boot side will be on the differential.

The drive cups are wearing really bad and when i push the truck forward you can feel the center drive shafts binding. I am losing the hex screws all the time because you cant get them that tight because its metal. I have lock-tighted them and thay still come lose? whats do i do!! I think I am gonna buy a savage xl lol it wont break has much. I am at my LHS everyday lol, I dont think he minds me being their but my check book does!

Thax alot.

how are they wearing down. What part of the cup is wearing down. are you sure you have the right cvd set for the original maxx and nothing else is aftermarket, diffs, tranny, tranny case, bulkheads chassis.

The cups are wearing down where the dog-bone is hitting it. I have stock chassis and every thing else so.....
