lol too late for that ive already chopped it, im adding 2 inches in width and, im not sure on the length its 36.6 inches long im thinkin 44 or 42 what do yall think?

Thinking that you would probably have done better selling one and buying the other. Since you have it apart it will certainly give you some hours of entertainment trying to get everything back together aligned, light, and strong. But you will likely have a boat that is like no other.
