They are the best of the best, and the cost of their cars and hopups reflect this. Every Mugen car in every class they run in, is a potential worlds winner. Worth every penny.
Their nitro cars can be mentioned easily in the same breath with Xray, Serpent, etc. they are purebred racing vehicles. Owning a Mugen or an Xray or one of the top Kyoshos, etc. is safety in the knowledge that if you're not winning, it's not your car that's holding you back.

I say buy it, if you dont, I probably will bid on it. Mugen vehicles, as Foxy already said, are up there with the best: Serpent & XRay. Even if this RC you are buying is trashed, it is worth rebuilding and fixing. Mugen uses the best materials in the RC market and have some of the best designs employed in all of their RCs.
Is this an MBX by chance? If so,, GET IT! You will not be disappointed at all.

I have an old school MBX4-XR and it has been one of the best vehicles I ever had. I have done some major jumps with it and even got it ran over by a car and have never broke anything big. Infact I like it so much I am looking into doing an electric conversion on it as I cracked my OS RG .21 block jumping it and it needs a new powerplant.
