Default NEED THE CG FOR MIDWEST JESTER

I got this plane from a club member. I decided to mout a K&B 45 RIRE+Turbax fan on top. Anyone know where the CG is on this plane?? Also how do you think it will perform with the power set up?

Randy has the right idea for CG. The Turbax/K&B 45 will be about equal to a good electric setup. We find that the Midi fan on 18 nicads or 8s lipo does very well. The added retracts and 3 position flaps makes the body a little tight but it sure makes for a nice plane.

Cut the throttle back and search for thermals - hour long flights are possible.

Enjoy,

That should put it right on the spar. I am amazed on how far the EDF has come. I just can't affoard 8s worth of lipoly. Also I just love the sight, sound, and smell of NITRO DUCTED FAN. The engine and fan are very light it gives about 6.5lbs of thrust. Also I think its important to keep this dinosaure technolgy flying. Gives new people to the hooby a insite on how far its come. I very much appreciate the reply.
