Default Remove large BB from engine

I've got everything out of my F4.6 except the large ball bearing. I baked at 275 for 15m and got the front bb out but the back one won't budge. Any ideas?

OFNA has a bearing puller kit. it's like $60, but it'll make everything much easier.

How can that bearing "blow?" If the motor is taken care of, then it is always lubricated by the fuel, so could it only go by neglect?

I don't recall him saying it was blown.

There's this little thing called friction...
it makes metal-on-metal parts, like bearings, wear out. Then they get play in them. This means they should be replaced.

the engine in your 1:1 car is well lubricated...but that doesn't mean it doesn't see wear.

I just assumed that it was getting replaced because it was either blown, or worn.

Nope - not blown. Just cleaning out the engine and gonna give it a little boost.

you need to bake it at 400F for 15 mins and it should come out with one swiff bang on a piece of wood
