RE: looking for a skater hull
You're not the only one who'd like to see a scaled-down Skater Cat! The President of our R/C boat club, Walt Radzinski has lunch every weekday with the owner of Skater. One of these days I'm going up there for a tour of the plant!
Making an R/C version of one of their boats would be really cool to do.
Jerry Dunlap did the design work on the Dumas version and even he doesn't recommend it as it has some handling issues.

RE: looking for a skater hull
that looks like a great plug is it yours are you going to sell a few or keep it for your self and make alot of people jelious know i would be i usede to own a few of the dumas skater 67 back in the 90's had one with k&b outboards ran flawless once you had it ballanced even put twinns on one k&b 7.5 ob the only trouble i had with it was prop walk woluld have been easy to solve if they had ever made one counter rotating i would love to see more outboard motors on some big cats twin zenoah outboards on say a 70" conic or somthing like that but you could get those hulls to handle just had to play with them

RE: looking for a skater hull
You could do that but will be a bit fiddly
Go look at the (class one site) and look at the boat called Jotun it is a MTI but it was modified recently and had the rear part of deck flattened out looks much better

RE: looking for a skater hull
Hi, great work, keep the pic's coming.I would certainly love tohave one of these larger Skater hulls in my fleet.
Went to the Class One site, but couldn't find the boat 'Jotun' to check out the different top as opposed to the standard Mti top.
Cheers
Chris

I was wondering the same thing. Once NVS has his molds built, expect to see them here in the United States before too long (I already offer his other design "NEMESIS" here ").
