Default 4*60 pilots, question about rx battery

I'm needing to "reorder" an rx battery for my 4*60 ARF? What kinda battery, size and amp rating are you all using? I was thinking of going with a 4/5 A size in the 1000+ mah nicad range? Would this be too much battery for this application? (5 standard servos) Is there a thing as too much battery?

thanks,,

hard to use too much battery - especially NiMH. I use a regular 4-cell 600maH NiCad in my 4*60 and it does fine. I save the 5-cell 1100maH NiMH batteries for the funflys.

Default Use as much battery as you can

I'm running a JR 1100 mah that came with my flight pack. I needed some weight in the nose anyway, have it bumped up against the firewall in my 4*60.

Enjoy it, great plane
