help starting out in jets
Hi im new to rcu and jets i have a new plane on order and
also at some point will install my new turbine but first will fly
with a pusher prop set up . the kit is a serpent buy iad models
what location in so cal is best to get tips on turbine operation
and general jet info? Ira d

Ira, are you planning to get your waiver? If so, check out the AMA website and download the document that has the Turbine CD's on it. Pick the one closest to you and give them a call. Most likely they will have have lots of information and will help you get through the process.

here ya go-
I think quite a few jet pilots fly on the Miramar base and Camp Pendleton in Oceanside... El Toro seems fairly popular also-
Try Shaun Evans who is "Yellow Aircraft" on here from Oceanside, and Harley Condra who is a rep. for BVM-
There are alot of nice jet folks in this area.... Now if I could just become a member at Miramar so I don't have to fly my DF's off a crooked strip in Lakeside!
