Default Installing pressure fitting on insulator block

I'm installing a new insulator block on my Zen because I suspect that the old one is warped or doesn't seat well enough for a good seal. I'm planning on using the original pressure fitting. Can anyone tell me what drill and tap I need? and is there anything special I need to know or do before hand?
Thanks

there's a really useful "how to" article on modelgasboats site

I hope that's what you're after.
