It was only 25.00 more so I couldn't pass it up. I don't know why just needed a esc and talked to a reputable dealer and he assured me it would work great plus I have a e maxx that will be brushless soon so I just bought it. I will let you guys know how it works out.

The Moster is just a Mamba Max on roids. The 1/8 guys run them on 4 and 5 cell lipo in their conversions.
