Default Decent quick charger??

Does anybody know any decent Lipo/NiMh quick charger??

I've seen some on Ebay but I don't know if they are good or not..... Do you guys have something to recommend??

which company makes good chargers?? I was thinking about getting on off Ebay but I'm new to this charger thing...

budget? and what exactly do you mean by quick charger. In order to keep the life of the batteries long you should be charging at 1C which is always going to be 1 hour or so. There is no 15 minute quick charge unless you go A123.

right now.. my battery takes 19 hours to charge....I want something quick.. anything around 1 hour should be good. I have about $100 to spend on this... there are so many to choose on ebay.. i dont know if they are anygood.

I got the Onyx 230 because it's AC/DC, plus it charges all types of batteries - LiPos and Nimh, as well as A123's (LiFe). But it doesn't include a balancer. I'm thinking about returning it and getting a Turnigy 6 which includes a balancer, and with a power supply it would still be cheaper than the $80 I paid for the 230.
