Default lots of roll on my pic

on my fun picollo heli (basically new) it rolls to the left so much that even putting the roll stick totally to the right its still not countering it. the only part i have broken in the crashes is the main rotor mound that has bearings on it that the rotor snaps donw onto. i broke the mount to the bearing but have managed to use epoxy and glue the bearing back on so that the rotor stays on well, i know that description wasnt very clear but i hope pic owner will know what im saying. the only way i have gotten the pic off the ground is the put the tail rotor at top speed so that the heli is piroetting and then apply throttle, the heli lifs relatively strait up and doesnt roll because its rolling above a constant point so its countered. why is my roll so bad? could it be because the one of the rotor bearings cant rotate and therefor the rotor is scewed?
thanks
