My New 370 Motor
I had exactly the same problem. I found I had to do separates to counter the extratorque of the new motor. Having a dedicated tail esc seemed to solve the problem

Pinion Change
The origanal motor was a 280 with a 10T pinion.
My upgraded/replacement motor is a 370 with another 10T pinion therfore providing extremely increased power.
Should I go down 1 or maybe 2 teeth.
THANKS

I took off the gyro
I can now fly with the tail rotor keeping up with the main rotor becasue my gyro is unplugged.
I have a Cirrus gyro which I guess if holding back power. Ho do I setup the gyro so it will not do this
