Jet flying in Rochester Michigan

Jet flying in Rochester Michigan
I have moved to Rochester Michigan and I am looking for a club to fly with that allows turbines. So far every club that I have contacted does not allow Jets and one even told me that there is a 3 year waiting list to join. Where do people fly jets in Michigan?

While I currently don't live in Michigan... yet, I have been in contact with a couple of the clubs local to Flint, Mi (I know, it is 45 miles away from Rochester)
The One that has responded to me is the [link=http://flintaeroclub.com]Flint Aero Club[/link]
The guy's name that responded was Scott Hundley. In his reply it stated that they currently don't have any members with Jets but as long as safety was adhered to he really don't think its a problem. They just stick to standard safety rules and try to follow the ama as close as we can. They have all types of planes alot of gassers with no problems. The runnway is aprox 800' by 225' mowed close twice a week.

Give me a call. I know of no club with a waiting time in Michigan. I fly at the Flying Pilgrims. If you want you can come out this Sat. if good weather. I live about 20 min. from you in W.Bloomfield
