Electrical connections for removable wings
Hello all! I am in the process of building a flying wing aircraft (pictures to come soon) that has a plug in wing. Each wing has two servos and several flashing LEDs and I was wondering what sort of clever devices are out there that will not require me to fish a thousand wires through the fuselage every time I assemble the aircraft. I have seen the multiplex wing connectors but I was hoping to come up with some more options before I commit. Thanks!

I once used a connector like this and it's mate on a 4 servo wing to simplify things. Works fine.

Awesome! I really like the idea of using the d-sub connectors for the wing connection. Anybody willing to post some pictures of this sort of installation? Thanks!

I'd post some photos, but that plane now flies in airplane heaven. Basicly, you'd cut the connectors off the servo lead and an extension and solder the wires to the pins on the sub-d connector, and you're good to go.
