easy to install stringers cut some 1/4" 5 ply 2 1/2" high about 24" long then use hot glue and glue them in the hull at 5" spacing or a tad over just tack them in a cpl of places then glass them in with epoxy resin and glass cloth tape.

ok im ready to instal my new stringers i have another question my hull came with a srtut/rudder and a soderless flex cable when i bolt on the drive hardware i cannot install the flex cable . there is not enough space between the hull and strut . do i need to get a different type flex cable or use a spacer to setback the strut how far should the prop be away from the transome

Hi what motor you running? if its a zen or similar and your using a collet then id suggest buying a ready made flex setup ie welded flex to stub shaft. If your using the square ended flex setup with a ferrule then yes you can set the strut back to allow it to fit ,you can buy strut brackets of different lengths to do this or make some .You want the prop arround 3-4" behind the transom.

amps drive wont hold up to a polini or a zenoah. If your gonna use an amps drive try and stick with a stock weedeater motor. it will live there.
