if i hook it up will it fry my ESC? any ideas please help! thanks.

Basically a sensored motor is just a sensorless motor with sensors added on.

So a sensorless ESC should run a sensored motor just fine.
Not the other way around, though.
ie. A sensored ESC can't run a sensorless motor.

Access is right, a sensorless esc can run a sensored motor.  This is because the sensorless esc can still read the back emf from the main power wires.
A sensored only esc cannot run a sensorless motor.  This is because the sensored only esc is looking for information from the sensor wires and it's not getting that information so it just won't run.

At least this is how I understand it...

To be honest with you, you'd be better off buying a used XBR esc on ebay or something.
