Default Vintage rc car ....help me find out more about them.

I need to identify these cars. They look like the amusement park stock cars. I have no bodys for them and they have no identifing marks. Any help would be great. I also would like to know what everyone thinks about a price I should put on them. I will be listing them for sale. I don't know if they work And they look to be about 15-20 years old.

What's scrap aluminum going for these days?

Honestly, you haven't stumbled on a rare desirable find unfortunately.

I thought they were homemade for a bit to, but the bends are all exact and I have seen these when I was a kid at six flags. And as far as the comment that Dale left I came here to get answers from adults if I wanted to hear a smart a** answer I would have asked my wife.

They were probably professionally manufactured for Six Flags like you said, as opposed to homemade. The problem is that since they don't bear resemblance to any of modern day RC forefathers that made this hobby great, they are probably not desirable to a large segment of the RC collector market. Maybe you have a gold mine there, but you did ask for an opinion and I gave you a fair answer.

2 posts and already insulted a moderator! that could be a new record!

Dale you started it. I came here to get opinions. I dont like to have stupid comments left to insult me. I came for a answer, you gave me one thank you for that, but the comment whats aluminum scrap going for was uncalled for.  This was the first and last time I will come here for answers to anything and will not be buying or trading. I will go to my local shop for any other questions that I have. At least therer they wont have anything to give me but answers without the little kid comments. Thank  you for your time to answer.

Size of those bumpers!!! [X(]
could do with a set for the pede lmao

Yeh they look like those ones at fun parks what get bashed about alot they still look in ok condition tho

Like dale said tho fox most chassis can be check from company markings etc so it looks like they would of been made custom to put up with bashing into each other on a rental type track.

Dont take the scrap value remark to heart dale was only joking around over the last few years most companys have made there rc more lighter by using lighter materials and small parts to keep them light weight so they look strange upto modern RCs of today

Wow, it was a little joke.

No need to blow it out of proportion.

FYI, Dale is extremely highly respected on this site, and i would trust every word he says .

Ok so I got a little out of control. I just hate being at the ass of every joke. Since I am back on the thread, what do you all think about the kyosho Vanning? I just got rid of one and I think it was a bad move. Now that I am getting more into cars I think I should have kept it. But now that I am down to two cars and a truck(not including the two frames) I have more time to work on my planes. I am currently working on a dc-3 twin engine. I got it from a old man that started on it and busted it all up.

The kyosho vanning is a great vintage buggy. Sooner or later, I'll be adding one to my collection (I'm sorry to hear you let yours go).
