Glow Plug Question
Hey everyone, Jon here!
Just a quick glow plug question. My glow plugs are black on the bottom and are getting dim and engine won't fire. I am charging my ignitor but the meter on it read full charge. I am wondering what adjustments on LSN and HSN I need to make so I don't burn up more glow plugs. Ima get 2 new ones. Is there a durable plug I should look for?
Thanks,
Jon

RE: Glow Plug Question
if your going to your lhs, see if they have the os a3, its inexpensive and a good plug. Black could be you running too hot, try to richen up the mix a little on the 2 needles, only do 1/4 turn counterclockwise

RE: Glow Plug Question
you may be rich on the low but lean on the high. or the other way around too
Start off with 3 out on the high and 3 out on the low, tune the high first by doing some high speed passes, then once thats setup good do the low end.
What fuel are you using?

RE: Glow Plug Question
Patroit I believe. I think u said you haven't heard of it. Can I use traxxas but just make sure to oil the bearing by the way? Traxxas worked great except for that.

RE: Glow Plug Question
You will have to keep cleaning the one way bearing and its possible it will make it keep slipping, i wouldnt suggest it. I remember us taking on the phone about it, i never heard of that fuel.
