Default how is this lipo compared to other lipos at the same price range?

I was looking at this and it seems to be the perfect lipo for what I plan to do with my ezrun once it arrives in the mail here is a link

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXTET3&P=ML

I was planning on taking the deans connector out of the ezrun and converting it to traxxas plug anyway.

Heres what the ezrun can handle it comes straight from the manual and for those who don't know this is the one I ordered
http://www.nitrorcx.com/ezrun-brushl...-combo-c4.html

heres the user manual
http://site.hobbypartz.com/hobbywing/HW-13-80-v2-e.pdf

it says it recommends that I use a 2-6 cell lipo. I didn't want to go above 11 volts because I am afraid of killing my esc but I didn't want to go 7 volts because that seems too slow in youtube vids.

I really want to get a 6s but I don't know where to find it less then $300 and I don't want to spend that much on a battery.

I WAS thinking about just going with MaxAmps Green Series Life 4500 3S2P 9.9V Battery Pack and the 5 year warranty, so I don't have to worry about fire but IDK I really need advise.

Lipos peak at 8.4 volts, I wouldnt call a 2s lipo 'slow.'

First off..........what are you running this system in? Secondly, i would never pay $150 for one battery............venoms are a mid- quality battery, i have two and they are decent batts.........but way overpriced. This venom battery is only 20c and it has little 12g wires, not something you should find in a $150 3s Lipo. You can run 6 cell lipos with this system........i would do that or 4s minimum. The motor you are looking at is a big one and needs voltage to get it going at 2000kv, but it should have some serious power then.

Heres a 6 cell lipo for 2/3 the price of the 3 cell you are looking at, and probably better quality: http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s..._30C_Lipo_Pack

Or buy two 3s lipos and run them in series : http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s..._30C_Lipo_Pack

Yes.................what are you going to run this system in, im very curious? BTW, i would go for the two 3s batts, instead of one 6s. Heres a charger i have, its a good one................but there are many out there do some web searching.

Definately there are better ones out there, venoms are a low-mid performance battery that costs near top dollar.

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_83...tm.htm#8310589

In the testing I found the venom to be rather temperature dependent (moreso the the other packs) and underperform the hobby people impulse brand, thunderpower, etc.

I want to go with the 6s because they seem to make the car run faster. I watched some vids on youtube and I was impressed with 6s.
