mgt 4.6 on the way would like info
well i got my mgt 4.60 on the way will be here on Thursday. i just would like to find out what would be good to change out or upgrade, or would it be good stock? i will pretty much ride on the street i my hit the dirt once in a while and no jumps just pretty much racing. so what ever info you provide could you add a link to the parts that you might suggest thanks. i cant wait for it to get here. i also have the 4 tec on the way will be here tuesday

Since i got my mgt 4.6 i have not had to upgrade any parts as the truck itself is so durable,
what i did decide to do was to waken up the stock engine a bit by fitting a set of alloy clutch shoes
and a set of kyosho 1.1mm clutch springs,
also fitted a losi xxl tuned pipe which runs quiet and makes great power,
i got the pipe of ebay very cheap and the other parts i mentioned can be got on ebay also,
the stock mgt pipe does nothing for power and is very loud,
with this clutch setup forward and reverse wheelies are easy and i have great allround power with the losi pipe,
i also fitted a mgt 8.0 body just because i liked the looks of it better than the stock body
the mgt is a very strong truck, i have also jumped mine quite a bit and it has to be one of the easiest trucks to land upright

sparky 25. im interseted in the losi parts you mentioned do you have part# for the clutch and spring that are from losi i will see if my lhs has them.thanks

Foward only conversion, it removes reverse, with will make the trans stronger.
Will also make the truck faster because of less rotating mass in the trans.

i just put my foc on my mgt yesterday and went out today and was hitting wheelies. it is faster and more powerful thanks guys. next step is to set up the gearing as so clutch bell gear size? 14t (#25370)and slipper gear size 52t (kit)
