Default Voltage regulator and max amps on jet

Can someone recommend a good voltage regulator for a jet, can any of them handle a 3 cell lipo or 2 cell only?
Also has anyone ever recorded the max amps a flight pack has used during a jet flight, if so what aircraft was it?

Default RE: Voltage regulator and max amps on jet

I have a great deal of data on current consumptions derived from Weatronics logging. I have two Airworld Hawks equipped with Weatronics receivers and 9 JR digitals, mainly 8411s, 8511s, and 8711s plus several other. Both show idle current of around 1.5 amps rising to 3.5 to 4 amps in flight with spikes of upto 10 amps lasting less than 1 second caused by servos starting to move loads like flaps.I do take great care to ensure free moving controls using a Hangar 9 digital ammeter. Even very small adjustments can seriously change current draw.

I have excellent results on jets using Mini Hobby regulators (recommended to me originally by BV) which I believe to have TWO channels which optimises reliabilty and I always always use two batteries, switches and regulators.
