what engine do you have?
which starting system ei; ez start, pull start?
what about the fuel lines and carb if it has been sitting a long time?
has it got plugged up and the fuel cant travel through the lines or the carb?
just a few things to check.
hope that helps.

I would recommend setting your high speed needle to the factory setting which would be turnedin all the way then out 4 1/2 turns. Then tune it as you normally would. Low speed needle shouldn't need adjust onced tuned properly.

take out the banjo bolt from the high speed needle [where the fuel comes into the carb]
look inside the tank at the afore mentioned area where the fuel goes out of the tank.
[most tanks are clear so you should be able to see any contamination]
fuel lines are also clear check them for blockage or leaks. you might just replace them
as cheap as that stuff is . block the fuel line with one hand and blow in the other of the
tank to make sure its not leaking . [some times you need to submerse it in water to see
where the leak is.
oh ya before you do all that check the blue wire going to your glow plug make sure its working
it kinda common they have problems . if you need to just take out the glow plug hook it up
to the blue wire hit the starter make sure it glows . the wire is cheap and i have gone through two just this summer.
hope that stuff helps!!!
