Hi everyone, my name is Wes, and I have a Traxxas Slash and a Traxxas Stampede. I have recently come to a conclusion that I am wanting to sell my Stampede since I don't use it very much, and either get an E-Maxx (new or used) or the new Traxxas Slash 2010 4x4 Platinum Edition. I was wondering how much I could get out of a use Stampede with a brand new body on it (pictures in my gallery) and which Traxxas truck I should get when I do sell the Pede. Thank Everyone!

Get a revo n0ot an E-max, there weak by comparision, a mate busts his E-Max every week he drives it, last week he smashed the entire rear end of in a jump the revos did all day...........He smashed the shock tower, all 4 shocks popped oil out and tops were disconnected, bent 2 of the shock shafts, broke one connecting plastic piece of bottom of shock. Was an oily mess.

I second that motion! i will never have another maxx anything...tmaxx emaxx, sportmaxx or whatever! I had 2 tmaxxes and they left a bad taste in my mouth about traxxas stuff for 5 years.....untill i bought my e revo.

ide have to vote for the revo as well. mine takes a lot of abuse and i think ive broken mabey 3 or 4 parts in the 3 or so years ive owned it.
Ihad an e maxx as well and the revo is just all arround beefier and better designed.

my friend had a S maxx and he broke that thing every time he took it out of the house : P

i dont have any pictures, but i do have a pic on my profile of the new body. and the truck itself is a year old and still runs great. could probably use a new motor, but it still runs. other than that, there is just a little dirt here and there, an RPM aftermarket front bumper, and everything works.
