Default Motor Lube?

If you wipe off the excess oil it shouldn't collect much dust. Crawlers are pretty easy on motors so they don't require too much maintenance.

I use White Lightning Lubricant ( http://www.whitelightningco.com/products/index.htm ) on my brushed and brushless motors, it works great.

I just use a drop of Trinity bearing oil. There is never any dust or dirt build up
