Default 10x with Spektrum Module

I have a 10x that I just purchased the DM9 Spektrum module with the AR7000 reciever for. One odd thing I have noticed is a buzzing sound coming from the radio beeper with the 2.4 module. It does not buzz with the 72mhz module. Is this normal and if so what is causing that?

Most likely it is the voltage regulator circuit and should be of no concern. A number of people have commented that their X9303 buzzes. 2.4GHz being of much higher frequency can send all the info that is needed in a short burst. I&rsquo;ve read that it is broadcasting less than 20% of the time. It is the on-off of the rf being broadcasted that causes the regulator to buzz. My 12XMV buzzes with the 2.4GHZ module but not with the 72MHz module. Maybe due to my age, I can barely hear it when I hold the transmitter next to my ear. If your transmitter is making too much noise, you should contact Horizon. It's possible some components are physically moving and that's not good.</p>
