Default What size brass tubing for smoke tank?

Can the standard 1/8" tubing be used in the tank for a BME 50 smoke system? Using the older TME smoke pump. I know the gas tubing for the engine is 5/16", but the smaller tank used for smoke does not come with the larger tubing. I would have to modify the stopper is already made for 1/8", or use the Sullivan system.

thanks for any advice.

1/8" tubing for the smoke system is fine. You said you are using 5/16" tubing for the engine. Are you sure that's not 5/32"?

5/16" is big enough for my Ford V/8

Ken,

I stand corrected. 5/32". And please don't mention the make of cars here. You'll start the Ford vs. Chevy feud again!!

thanks for the help
