need a little t-maxx advice
ok so i bought a t-maxx .15 back when they first came out. never kept a tune, spent a fortune on glow plugs, took apart motor, didnt find anything wrong, boxed it up and forgot about it for like 5 years. so here we are a bunch of years later and ive got like no interest in ever using it again. im looking to sell/ trade this thing off but need to know what its worth with and without motor. i cant find the motor but other then that the truck is in great shape and complete including the radio and an extra set of tires (paddles). whats it worth in this state?
next... should i throw a motor at it, get it running and then try to sell it. if i found the original motor i suppose i could ship it off to traxxas for a new one but is the hassle and expense worth any gain in the trucks value? or should i part it all out? any advice would be great as this thing is sitting here taunting me! lol

i personally woulnt spend more the $100 for it without motor. if you were to upgrade it to a brand new 3.3 i would pay around $200.

and i bet it would cost over 100 bucks to do the upgrade wouldnt it. so if it was yours would you just sell it as a roller?

no point upgrading it, might as well sell it as a roller. You'll probably end up loosing more if you tried to sell the parts individually, so IMO just sell it as a whole.
It's quite a old version Maxx and it's without a motor, so i doubt you'd get much out of it

try and sell it for $100, you might have to lower the price after a while. Someone out there could be looking for an old tmaxx roller.

RE: need a little t-maxx advice
i would put an real engine in it and just run it!!!!
i have the pro.15 t maxx, and the engine in that model is one of the
worst engine i have ever had my hands on !!!!
i dropped an os in mine . I LOVE IT !!!
my son had the s maxx with the 3.3 traxxas engine. FOUR TIMES AS GOOD!!
that first engine was crap !!!if you drop a real engine in it you may end up loving the truck!!!!!
i have NEVER had as much trouble with any engine as the pro.15!!!
