Revo 2.5 conversion to electric
I've been trying to do research on converting my Revo 2.5 to electric.
So far I have found this conversion kit. Tekno RC:
http://www.teknorc.com/product_info....roducts_id=935
The kit does not come with:
motor
ESC
battery
Charger
etc.. (Are their other things I need to purchase? Can you make suggestion on what to buy for the missing parts of to the kit? -link and price)
Are their other things I should be aware of before doing the conversion? Change the diffs, tranny, etc..
I was hoping one of you experts can help me out. I've been having a hard time sorting out all the information. I was hoping not to spend more than $150 or around that area. If I'm going to spend more than $200 I'm just going to sell my revo and get the Revo 1/16 VXL. Thoughts? If you're going to list out the parts can you include a price and a link. Thanks!
If there are already threads for this information please point me to it. Thanks!

RE: Revo 2.5 conversion to electric
Looks like a pretty sweet conversion. Is your revo pretty light without all the motor stuff in it? You could get a Castle Creations Mamba Monster with a esc and that should do you just fine. It is about 350 dollars though. Otherwise I don't know much about electric conversions
