Wasp - 2000? - 2003 RIP
Lost my Wasp today - I am not happy. Left the battery on last flight two days ago. Fast charged it this morning at a half amp with it auto trickling at 5.5V. About two minutes (if that) into it, I lost throttle servo followed quickly by flight controls. It's a write off, but I think the engine's still OK. It had a long life, but I just hate to lose airplanes to preventable mechanical/electrical stuff. Different story if you dumb thumb it in, but I guess you gotta expect to lose 'em once in a while regardless. Well, this gives me an excuse to build that Sledge short kit I just received... Cheers

I too have felt the same loss recently, who would have thought that tailtapping could have possibly lead to a ground incident.

My condolences Daryl & Matt 
I've temporarily given up on my Wasp as the fuse just keeps warping
I'm now trying to shoe-horn a TT91FS onto the front of a Panic bipe

Where Old Fun Fly Planes Go When They Die...
Until eternity I may gaze upon the remains with sad remembrance of the good times we had together... Once I get that Sledge built I'll move on. Cheers
