Default Some pictures from Warwick 6-19-2010

I went to the pond all set to do a big photo shoot but my good Canon camera died before I got to take a single shot. Pretty embarrassing/disappointing to have so much $$ tied up in a camera and not get a shot. Back to Canon for a fix (for the second time).

I tinkered with my new 72" reckless but unfortunately it had some gremlins that kept her from bring ready to go.

Weather was perfect for shooting - sun - wonderful sun.

Alas i shot a few pictures with my compact canon back up camera - not quite the shots I was hoping to share but they work.

Select the 720 HD viewing option - always better to watch it in HD when available.

Looks like that rigger would be a tough unit to catch with a video camera. Nice pictures despite your hardware failure.

Nice pics, Matt. I am scratching my head as to how pics would look whole lot better than those.

Thanks for taking time out to share them

I am always amazed at how subdued you are after making such runs. I dont think that was the quickest lap - I am not sure I could keep the boat in frame if it were. I still dont know how you keep her on the pond (you come close to trimming the grass sometimes!!). My nerves could not handle those speeds.

Was some great weather and certainly good to catch up with you guys. Sorry I had to bail out early. I will be back though (who knows - I might even get a boat wet there this year - think it has been 4 years or so since I ran a boat at kilvert).
