the imax B6 charger is decent. costs about $50 shipped off ebay(with a power supply)
it can charge lipo, and balance charge them at upto 5amps. it can also charge life(i think thats right) and other veriations of lipo.
it can charge nimh, and also lead acid upto 24v!
its a good "all around charger".
really, the only thing it cant do is charge more than one battery at a time. but for the money, i dont think you can do better.

I notice that the HK USA site lists everything as shipping from the USA warehouse in 7-21 days. Has anybody ordered from them? Is this accurate? Because it sure looks like they don't actually have a "USA warehouse" and instead just drop-ship everything from China. If that's the case, what's the point of the US site?

I've been looking at either the Thunder AC6 http://www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html or the iMax B6. I don't think there is much of a difference in the two except the Thunder you can get from the US. The iMax will ship from over seas.
