Default P200 in Comp. ARF classic Lightning

Hi Guys,

does anyone have som info/photos on fitting the P200 in the Classic Comp. ARF Lightning ?
I would especially like some info on duct/bypass/exhaust used ? Stock or ?
Or did you remove everything and make some new engine mounts ?

/Anders

Is the 23kg thrust much better than eg. 16kg - is it worth the extra grams to make the exchange ?

I flew mine witha Titan SE and it was fast. Its a trade-off, you get more power but you gotta carry more fuel and your wing loading goes up too esp. if you have a problem early on in a flight. When it comes to speed if there was a difference I couldn't see it when compared to others with P-180 and 200's. The only time you'll really see the difference is in vertical but I had plenty of vertical too. I saved the weight of both fuel and engine weight and flew it with a Titan SE.

it is a totaaly different plane to fly
yes it will add 1,5 kilo,s of extra weight , but the lightning wont care.
fuel consumption, i use stock tanks and have about 6-8 minutes.
i dont fly it all out on level , unlimited vertical.
and the sound is incredible.
