Could it have been a Tyco mutator ? I think it went up and down though.
I dont recall one you could widen the wheelbase on.

This is the car you are talking about. Its for sale on Ebay right now but there are only 8 hours left on it. Item #160526948197. It says Eztec on the battery so they might be the ones who made the car.

I have a similar mystery, I bought this car recently and stripped the diferential gear. Can anyone identify the car so that I xcan order the gear.....thanks

im taking a wild guess here, but judging on the shock tower and shocks, it looks like a Himoto........Remove the shell and post a pic.....then maby someone will see what it is

yes the purple towers, and wrap around bumper are a dead give away of a himoto (or redcat)

Its a syclone with a .16 vx engine in it, could be some other brand names to but the syclone is interchangeable.

Thegear has 44 teeth. so i beleive it is the 05112. Where can i get this part??? I live in the cayman islands and the local hobby shop doesn'thave parts for my car. I also want to buy a drill starter for the car....any suggestions??

^^same as the redcat tornado s30 or BB. you could get the parts from ebay, redcat, or redcat dealer.
the same buggy is sold under a few different names. any of the brand's parts will fit.
