Bingo Fuel warning Jeti DS 16

First of all, did you check that the voice file plays? It has to be in .wav format and not mp3.
I typically convert files generated in text-to-speech from mp3 to wave with Audacity.

You can only associate one audio file to a particular timer or alarm. If you are simply using time for this you can add a 2nd timer that runs in parallel with the existing timer. Of course a better method for announcing something like “Bingo Fuel” would be to use fuel flow telemetry and set up an alarm based on that. Then assign your Bingo Fuel .wav that.

this may be the solution. Way over my Commodore 64 head but I will run it by our resident computer genius.
You replace the "0" beep with bingo fuel.wav.

Have a try of this LUA app that I wrote to announce fuel remaining in actual units, rather than the default % that comes from the Xicoy ECU.
It should be self-explanatory, but I'll try to answer any questions. You can link it to custom .wav files. I use a Bingo, Fuel Low and Fuel Critical announcements. I've been using it for the last couple of years with great success on both a DS-16 and a DS-24.
