As a beginer, which is better?
price and ease of use are major concerns, indoor use might be nice however i would also like to have the option of using it outside....help!

so maybe a hummingbird to start then a carona once i get decent, or is the carona really worth that much more $ due to the durability and outdoor capabilities?

i am going to have to go with the corona, because it will be more stable and it is proven time after time to be one of the most durable helis out there. The HB is also a little harder to fly and if you crash parts would be more expensive. I think for me (no sim experence) if i was going to buy the HB i would spend more $$$ on it by the time i am ready to move up the the corona then the price of the corona its self.

Hope this helps
Dave
