I've been very pleased with the Jr XR3 and XS3. If you're racing, or bashing with a bunch of buddies, get the XS3.

the hitec aggressor is very good it has a 20modle memory and has more features than a jr r1 for half the price and half the weight.

Price range would help a lot. For cheaper radios under 150, you can't beat the MX3 or the Futaba 3PDF, for more expensive radio's, I loved my XS3 synthesised and my Lynx 3D synthesised but they really had no more features than the cheaper two I mentioned aside from the 3D having traction control and antilock breaks.

Check out the Ko Propo radios. They come loaded with tons of features on them. I just scooped up the EX-1 Mars R and love it. You can find them for under $200.

i love the mx-3 very good radio for only 100ish bucks... fm, lcd screen, 5 model mem...
