New G-62 question
Hey all,
Being new to the "gas" world I have a few of questions.
1) I am running 40:1 Zenoah oil on my new engine, I am running a 22-10 3W prop and I am getting about 6300 RPM here in Denver, is that about right for a new engine? (about 4 tanks).
2) When will I know when to change the mixture of the gas/ fuel?
3) How much more performance will be gained by changing the fuel/oil ratio?
Thanks

RE: New G-62 question
About right with a stock muffler, that's about what I get here at 7000 feet with a new G62 and stock muffler...A less restrictive one will give you more rpm..I have run almost every combination of gas and oil, they're pretty much all the same...You could run Zenoah oil forever at 40-1.....

RCING1,
Thanks for the reply, I am running a bisson wraparound pitts style muffler, what would you consider to be a "less restrctive" muffler?
Thanks again.

RE: New G-62 question
Anything that muffles will be restrictive...I haven't used a Bisson but those who have say that cutting off the rolled over ends of the outlet tubes get a few more rpms...
