Default (How do I/What parts do I need to) do this?

I came across this very nice single elevator servo setup on a Kyosho ARF which looks like it may be applied to almost any plane. The elevator is obviously split, but is driven from one servo mounted in the rear of the fuselage. How do I do this and what parts will I need and where do I get them?

I think that if I were going to try to duplicate that
assembly, I would install a hardwood block in the
fuse ,then cross drill it with a 5/32 bit . put in a
short piece of music wire with a flat on it through the
block, then attach a couple of nose wheel steering
arms. I don't think you can get much less expensive
and simple than that
