Default Brushless setup

Hello My buddy just installed a brushless with a lipo 3000. All the batteries are in correct and new. Lipo has been charging all night. Now when he hits the throttle it just twitches back and forth.............not moving at all. Anyone know what this means?

Thanks.

Sounds like it's cogging. Does it look like this but more severe?

Just spoke to my buddy again. Its not a lipo battery just a 3000 mah pack. He posted a video on youtube

battery bro, that brushless system needs a good batter or a lipo, that battery is not fully charged or it cant take a full charge, if its a new battery, you need to try and cycle the batter, charge and discharge it a few times in order for it to try and take a full charge.

Yeah that 3000 mah is not going to work. Redcat even told me that and gave me a credit for the 3000mah's that I bought. You will need more power.
