Take a dremel or some other rotary tool with a cutting disc on it and put a slot in the screw so a screwdriver can fit through it.

get a plires (exuse the spelling!![&:]) and clasp it around the screw very hard, then start turning it very slowly. Make sure it is a good plires with a good flat nose or else it will start slipping on you.

Take a drill of smaller size than the screw and drill into the middle of it. Reverse the drill and it should back on out.

the drill thing will work as long as you use a screw extractor. if you stripped the screw then just reversing the drill bit wont take it out. go to a hardware store and find someone that knows what i am talking about in case you dont. the way it works is you drill a hole through the screw, then put the extractor in and screw it out.

Yeah I use mine ALL the time. I bought a cuttong wheel package and one of those all-material grinding bits (everything but wood) and those are all I use. With the grinding bit (it looks like a drill bit with filing texture on it) you can grind away soft metals (tin, thin aluminum, sheet metals, etc). With the cutoff wheel you can cut anything, including HARDENED steel (I had to cut through a hardened steel output yolk and it did it in about 15 seconds).

And yeah, the dremel way of removing a screw is easiest.
