JR-SCAT Series finale is October 9th & 10th
The last contest for 2004 in the JR-SCAT Scale Aerobatics Series is being held the weekend of October 9th & 10th in Coachella, California. That's just on the East side of Palm Springs, California. The Basic and Unlimited class champions are still to be decided. The Series Grand Champion this year will be either the Sportsman or Intermediate class champion.
Everyone is invited to the contest. Pre-registration is required. To register for the contest, click on the "Click Here to Enter Contest" button just below the picture of the airplane on this website.

The JR-SCAT sequences can be found on the "Sequences" link on the top of the website above, or you can use this link.

The Unlimited class has a new Known sequence for each contest, so anyone entering Unlimited will have the same month to practice as everyone else.
For a map and directions to the field, click on the "Schedule" link. Then click on the C.V.R.C. Club graphic. Then click on "Map" for the map and directions to the field. Orbitz, Expedia, and Travelocity can give you hotel info for the Palm Springs area.
The JR-SCAT Series has wonderful sponsor support that makes the Series possible. At the Pilot's Raffle at the end of the contest, every pilot gets a prize from one of the sponsors. A huge "Thanks" to the sponsors for making it possible.

If you're already a JR-SCAT Series competitor, we'll see you there. If not, come join the fun!!!

Man, I spelled it a couple different ways and nothing looked right. What I "finally" come up with was wrong. Yikes. I've updated the first note in the thread. I was just talking about the "finale" for the season.
See everybody there,

Might want to announce the date as the 9th and 10th, with the afternoon of the 8th for early arrivals and RVs. Only porta potties at the field, but we'll make you all at home.
