Default Dragonfly help!!

I am putting together a 2004 Dragonfly for a friend ( I have a 2002 model ) So far it has gone together without a drama. I have put the servo's in and decided to connect up the rest of the electronics to check that all was ok. After connecting the battery and waiting a few seconds the LED on the mixer board turns green. After that I power up and nothing happens, no main or tail rotor. i am using the GWS gyro and mixer that came with the heli. What am I doing wrong?

make sure everything is plugged in correctly and that your throttle trim is completely zero-ed.

Yep I'm using the PHA-01
I have the servos plugged into the rec, the red lead from the mixer in the rudder port and the black in the throttle. The motor leads plugged into the fron as per the instructions on the mixer.

I thought about the throttle thing but even with the trim all the way back and the sub trim back it still does not go. []
Help!

The PHA-01 is notorious for having problems! Are u able to exchange it for one that works?

Really sounds like a dud PHA-01 if the green light comes on and the motor doesn't move (green indicates that it sees a signal from the Rx and that the throttle signal is at it's lowest).

I was going to say that perhaps the main motor has had it but if you do not see the tail motor run when you increase the throttle then it most likely is buggered.

I ran the main and tail motors on my variable powersupply and they were ok. Oh well guess I'm going to have to change the mixer board. []
