Default Direct Drive - No response

Hi

Burnt out my tail motor (geared) so I decided to get DD motor instead. Have wired it up and have green light on the gyro, but nothing happens, the main rotor works fine.

The new motor is a dragonfly DD model, is there something ive missed or is it the electrics. Im fairly new to this, so any help is good help....

I would check solder points, make sure nothing is shorting past the motor, best thing would be to resolder the connections. Either that or you got a bad motor....

Double check for shorts and the polarity on your connections.

That being alright, remove the tail motor and test by direct hook-up to a battery pack.

This will at least tell you if it is the motor or to look for something else.

Yeah, the motor work fine, but have no power coming from the supply board, all the main rotor controls work fine, and gyro seems to be operational.

Will check solder, i was getting a weird twitch in the pitch control, I still get this if i press on the control box (unrelated though)

tks
