How about synthetic 2T oil for G26 or gasser?
I read about all these lawn boy, amsoil, belray etc. Well those are not readily available locally but we sure can get the Mobil1 synthetic oil which run very well on 2t motorcycles that are plenty here.
Anyone uses synthetic oil mix with their gasser? what ratio?

1-2% oil meaning 50:1 mix? That will last a long long time... BTW, what happen if you have too much oil?

I have used Mobil MX2T in a Brison 3.2 for 1 1/2 years with excellent results. I mix it 80:1, that is 1.6 oz/ gal. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend it.

G26 is different than a Brison!!!!!
they do not use the same oil raio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
brison have a special nikasil coating on the cylinder that is why it needs lees oil 80:1 = 1.4%~
G26 needs 2-3% according to manufacturer recomendations and motor status, new/old/breakin etc.
follow the g26 manual - attached.
i allmost did the same mistake that is mentioned above - one mix for all engines - which not correct!!!!!!!

The G26 Manual is here:

With a synthetic oil, I'd still stick with a 40:1 ratio or better.

Where do these theories come from ?If the material on the cylinder wall makes a difference, what about a 4 stroke engine with NO oil in the fuel ?
Never heard this theory.....Anybody got some hard scientific facts ?
The oil in the fuel is for the bearings, not for the rings...
Brison does not manufacture the cylinder, Sachs/Makita does...If you want the real oil recommendation, look it up on the Sachs/Makita/Husqvarna/Homelite etc....websites, they provide the parts that Brison and others "manufacture" their engines from...

Nikasil plated cylinders can be run at lower ratios for several reasons.
A) They receive heat from the rings more efficiently than chrome, providing superior thermal transfer and thus requiring less cooling.
B) Nikasil has a lower frictional coefficient than other cylinder platings, reducing unnecessary heat generation.
C) Nikasil is an oleophilic compound ("oil-liking") and holds a coat on the cylinder walls extremely well.

Most of the water cooled motocross engines produced in Japan use Nikasil plated cylinders.
The specified oil ratio is 32:1. Oil lubricates the needle bearings and crank bearings as well as the cylinder. The Nikasil may stand a leaner oil ratio, but the rest of the engine may not.
