Default G-25 Carb Problem

Attempting to adjust G-26 carb. Even through I have the low end needle turned to only 3/4 turn out I am getting raw fuel bubbling out the carb. Engine 2 years old swinging top flite 18x6 on Super cub. Everything in carb looks clean and assembled correctly.
Is this needle setting? High or low? Carb problem?

Remove the metal plate on the bottom of the carb and clean it. There is a little valve under the diaphram that sits on a rod and sping. If this valve is stuck open than gas will flow out of the carb like what you are experiencing. Clean it really good and re-assemble.

3/4 turns out on low is not correct! Try setting the Low at 1-1/2 turns out and set the H needle at 2 turns out.

If this does not resolve the issue, replace the carb.
