im painting my x ss body and ive got the black hood scoop and the silver jagged line but im missing the blue. if it masking tape over the silver,black hood scoppe and jagged line. when i take it off will the paint be removed too.. ive applied numerous amounts of couts. 4-5 on each.

Youre putting masking tape over the silver & black? You dont need to, you paint over it, thats why you do darkest to light, the lighter paint wont be seen behind the darker paint.

I am going to be painting my new body for my X next week. I plan to paint the inside black only so the windows are blacked out. I am going to give it a nice trick paint job with ghost graphix. So I will be painting the outside and treating it like painting a real car. Also lots of clear coat. This is going to be for show and the stock body for bashing.

If you use the right tape you will be fine. I suggest you use the actual tape for painting a car. You can get it at any autoparts store. If you have pics that would help out aswell.
