HPI Rush
JJay,
The Rush is definitely the epitome of a "bashing truck". You won't win many races with it (if your racing RC10GT's and Losi XXXnt's) however you won't be disappointed with it's performance and it's ability to get into a nasty crash and come away unharmed.
The stock 15FE motor provides plenty of power for general bashing and you'll probably top out somewhere in the neighborhood of 30-32 mph. My brother has a Rush and I'm constantly amazed at the crashes he's able to drive away from.
Again the Rush is not a bonafide racer by any means however it is great all purpose, get out and have fun truck.
Jasonrush,
The Rush shouldnt have a carb restrictor in it however if it did, it would be a small white plastic piece that sits inside the carb opening. You would just pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers.
Good luck!
